Q. How do I start the process of posting a rental property on THERENTERSCLUB.COM ?
A. Please follow the following easy steps.
1. Register with our website using the Agent Signup in the members area.
2. Complete the form and submit for authorization from our team. (authorization may take 24/hrs. You will be contacted by email)
3. Upon authorization, you may enter the Member/Agent Login. You will be asked for you username and password. When entered, you will be taken back to the the home page where you have to click Add/Edit listing.
4. You will see 3 icons Create New Listing, Edit My Account and Edit My Listing.
Create New Listing
- Please select your property class.
- Please fill out the areas that are required and which apply to your property.
*Please note Title is a required field. (Examples: 2bedroom, Great Location, Beautiful View)
Edit My Account
- This area is for editing your agent information.
Edit My Listing
-This is where you can Activate/ Renew listing, Modify listing or delete listing.
5. When you completed creating your new listing you will be asked to select a listing term.
If you selected either Advanced, Featured Residential or Vacation rental, you will be able to add your images later under Edit My Listing/Modify listing.
6. After selecting a listing, you will be asked to confirm your order and proceed with the payment process.
7. You will be taken to our secure payment page which is listed with our Head Administrator for PEI.
Q. What are the payment methods of THERENTERSCLUB.COM ?
A. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and Papal. Payments of cash or cheques can be made with arrangment with our representatives.
